UV DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfer stickers are a modern alternative to traditional stickers. How to Apply UV DTF Stickers – Quick Guide

Learn how to apply UV DTF Stickers for a clean, permanent result on hard surfaces. Follow these simple steps for best adhesion and durability.

Step 1: Pre-squeegee

Before separating the layers, use the padded end of the squeegee. Apply firm pressure back and forth 3–5 times.

Step 2: Separate the backing

Slowly peel the paper backing away from the clear carrier sheet.
If parts of the design don’t transfer immediately, press gently with your fingers while peeling.

Step 3: Apply the sticker

Place the UV DTF Sticker onto your item in the desired position.
Use the squeegee with firm pressure to ensure proper adhesion.

Pro tip: Leave a small corner of the carrier sheet lifted (“dog-eared”) for easy removal.

Step 4: Remove the carrier sheet

Slowly peel off the clear carrier sheet. Keep the peel controlled by moving your grip inward as you go.

Your UV DTF Sticker is now permanently applied.
