In a few simple steps to a superb print

Below, read the instructions on how to apply our decals on t-shirts, but the same applies to other products such as hoods, bags, umbrellas and other promotional products.

1. Cut

Unpack your transfers and cut out the designs with scissors.

2. Press

Heat the heat press to 150°C, set the timer for 10-15 seconds.

3. Position

Position the print in the desired location. Lower the press.

4. Peel

Lift the press wait 2-4 seconds, and peel off your decal.

5. Done!

The transfer is fixed on the T-shirt.

Advice 1

It is not possible to use too much pressure on the heat press. In principle - the stronger the pressure - the better the print.

Advice 2

For best results and a softer feel, turn the transfer paper over and press the imager for another 5 seconds.

Advice 2

Before applying the imager on the t-shirt, pre-press the t-shirt for a few seconds to get rid of moisture.

How to properly store DTF transfers for long-term use

DTF transfers are extremely sensitive to storage conditions, especially moisture. If the transparencies sit in the air and absorb moisture, this may affect the quality of the final transfer, as traces of moisture may appear during pressing. In order to avoid such problems, it is important to properly store the transfers. Below are recommendations on how to your transfers.

Store in a dry place

DTF transfers should be kept in a room with a low level of humidity, ideally in hermetically sealed bags or containers. Investing in a moisture control system, such as silica gel bags, can further help protect the imager.

Avoid exposure to air

If the transfers are left outside for a long time, there is a greater risk of them absorbing moisture from the air. It is recommended to return the transfers to their protective packaging immediately after use.

Optimal temperature

Keep the transfers at room temperature, away from heat sources or extreme cold, as such conditions can also affect their quality.

What to do if the transfers get moist:

If the transfers have absorbed moisture, traces of moisture may remain during the first pressing. In this case, you can press them again using: baking paper, greaseproof paper or Teflon sheet.

This additional pressing will help remove excess moisture and restore the smooth appearance of the print. By storing properly and using these techniques, you ensure that your DTF transfers maintain optimal quality and durability even after long periods of storage.
